Regulations of Poker Club HollandGambling HGPC

Welcome to Poker Club HollandGambling HGPC! To ensure the comfort, fairness, and safety of all participants, we kindly ask you to carefully review our regulations:

1. General Provisions

   • Access to the club is only permitted for persons aged 18 and older.
   • Registration and presentation of a valid ID are required for participation.
   • Club members must comply with Dutch laws and regulations, as well as the internal rules of the club.

2. Code of Conduct

   • Show respect to other players and club staff. Insults, aggressive behavior, and discrimination will not be tolerated.
   • Entering the club under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
   • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

3. Game Rules

   • The club organizes tournaments and cash games according to international poker rules.
   • All players must adhere to the tournament regulations and respect the decisions of the referees.
   • Fraud, the use of electronic devices for card counting, or exchanging signals between players is strictly prohibited.

4. Financial Transactions

   • All bets and payouts are made according to the rules of the specific game or tournament.
   • Entry fees for tournaments are non-refundable unless the tournament is canceled.
   • Payouts and chip exchanges can only be made through the club's cashier.

5. Privacy and Security

   • Participants' personal data is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
   • Photography and videography without permission from management and players are prohibited.
   • The club staff reserves the right to refuse service in case of rule violations.

6. Responsible Gaming

   • The club encourages a responsible attitude towards gambling. If you feel you are losing control, please contact the staff for support.
   • Players displaying excessive gambling behavior may be temporarily or permanently banned from the club.

7. Final Provisions

   • The club administration reserves the right to amend the rules and inform members accordingly.
   • Violation of the rules may result in expulsion from the club and a future entry ban.
